Newly built up systems are more susceptible to various contaminations like dirt, dust, rust, welding scale etc. leading to failures in most of the hydraulic systems. System contaminants like particulate, water are the route cause of failure and effect can be catastrophic failure of equipment and expensive downtime for repair.

Flushing is recommended in the following situations:

  • During new system start up
  • Subsequent to a critical components failure in the system viz.
  • valves, pumps, hydraulic motors etc.

    • Proservīs cleanliness control approach reduces equipment maintenance and operating costs by removing damaging particulate, water contaminants from industrial fluid power system. We recommend high velocity flushing procedure using turbulent flow for effective clean up of a system.
