High pressure sand sampling trolley Proserv have developed a High Pressure Sand Sampling Trolley which offers a safe and portable alternative to open receptacle Sand Filtration Units, for quantifying the volume of sand produced for 15 Litres of produced fluids.

The unit allows the operator to measure produced sand, while ensuring no escape of hydrocarbons to atmosphere, thus protecting the operator and the environment from the potentially harmful release of hazardous substances.

The sand sampling assembly is mounted on a four wheeled Stainless Steel trolley, complete with lifting points and wire rope slings, to allow moving and repositioning at various sample points. Quick connect fittings allow ease of connection to production flow lines and closed drain.
